Arnoud developed the very first prototype of the mobile school for his thesis in Product Design. After founding MobileSchool.org, he successfully translated the skills of the street kids he worked with into a model to realise impact on businesses with StreetwiZe. He is our managing director and an internationally recognised social entrepreneur, Ashoka Fellow and author of the book ‘StreetwiZe: What managers can learn from street kids'.
As manager of StreetSmart, Rob combines an efficient and empathic approach towards people and organisations. He has more than 10 years of experience in training and coaching street educators worldwide. Reaching maximum social impact on children and youth in vulnerable situations is the main driver of his work.
Wim leads the StreetwiZe team and is also responsible for the finances of Mobile School.org. He is driven to link purpose to performance, for our customers, our team and the entire organization.
Sander coordinates all StreetSmart Wheels projects in Africa and Asia. He combines his street experience in over 15 countries with unbridled enthusiasm, a positive focus and a healthy curiosity to maximise impact on local street work teams. Besides training and coaching teams on-site, he also makes sure our educational offer is available both on- and offline.
As a child, Junieth worked on the streets of Nicaragua for almost 10 years, selling homemade cookies. There she discovered her passion for entrepreneurship and communication. It was then when she saw and visited the mobile school for the first time. Soon she became a street educator herself at Las Hormiguitas and since 2022, she coordinates the StreetSmart Wheels partner organizations in Latin America and Europe. She is an inspirational speaker for StreetwiZe and is one of the people the Street Skills model is based on.
As Content & Communication Officer, Lies is mostly working on the digital products of StreetSmart. With her background in educational sciences and a big interest in educational technology, she loves developing digital products which support youth workers and educators. Next to this, she is also responsible for managing our social media pages and keeping our website up to date.
With a background in educational sciences and based on her experiences in youth work, Pam combines in her position developing training content for StreetSmart and organising the #DuwMee. She also takes care of the coordination of the StreetSmart Impact app and our wonderful group of volunteers.
Joyce is responsible for managing and streamlining the back-office of MobileSchool.org, including support for StreetSmart, event support for MobileSchool.org Campaigns and general administrative and logistical support for the whole organisation.
You will find Ann in the StreetwiZe back-office, with two attributes - a telephone and a computer. She plans the StreetwiZe training courses and sprinkles logistics magic, ensuring that all administration processes run smoothly.
Marc is our StreetwiZe sales manager and is both a customer-centric professional and a true people person. Inspired by the story of MobileSchool.org, he is dedicated to reach as many individuals, companies and organisations as possible by spreading the StreetwiZe story.
As co-founder of StreetwiZe and StreetwiZe trainer, Bram brings experience as a thought leader in the field of change management, communication and leadership to the StreetwiZe team, as well as significant research in evidence-based management. Not to mention a great sense of humor!
At StreetwiZe, Annika combines years of experience as an HR Business Partner with her boundless energy to give impactful training courses. Her goal? Align people’s talents with the mission and culture of a company.
Bart brings a solid combination of business, HR and Learning & Development experience from IBM, Vlerick Business School and Sanoma to the StreetwiZe team. Bart has facilitation experience in a broad range of topics and strives for impact, based on his genuine interest in both people and business.
Before joining StreetwiZe, Davy built up extensive business skills as a senior manager in the international IT consulting world, where he was always naturally focused on working with humans – not "resources". As an impro-comedy enthusiast, he strives to make facilitation entertaining, while still delivering a solid, impactful story.
As a partner at StreetwiZe, Eric developed extensive experience in training, facilitating and coaching people in different companies and contexts. His choice to combine this with a role as a trainer for StreetSmart Wheels comes from an unconditional belief in the hybrid approach of the organisation and in the power of play as a learning and development tool.
Hans joined the StreetwiZe team with solid experience in Business and Learning & Development. Inspired by the power of entrepreneurship and self-esteem in different contexts, he considers StreetwiZe as the perfect leverage to support personal and organisational growth.
Olivier is highly motivated by the always surprising combination of people and their talents. He gained extensive experience as a consultant and HR project manager. By connecting authentically, adding value, facilitating feedback, encouraging leadership, and engaging employees, he strives for positive personal and team development.
Sofie’s mission is to participate in the sustainable development of companies and their people. She brings 20 years of international experience in group and workshop facilitation, combined with team and individual coaching to the StreetwiZe team.
Saskia started working at MobileSchool.org in 2009. Saskia’s superpower was connecting people. She connected the StreetwiZe and StreetSmart teams as Hybrid Culture Manager, our volunteers as volunteer coordinator and local teams of street educators as a trainer. During the awareness and fundraising campaigns she set up, she found original ways to connect people with our mission and values. She will stay one of us forever!
